Location: On-Site

Shift: Night Shift (5:45 PM – 3:00 AM)
Compensation: PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month + Commission

Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated and client-oriented Account Executive (B2B) to nurture client relationships, oversee onboarding processes, and drive long-term account success. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, delivering consistent value, and supporting revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for assigned B2B accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client goals and propose customized solutions.
  • Lead and optimize the client onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex situations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client data and communication history within CRM systems.
  • Create and present account performance reports, client satisfaction updates, and essential KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry trends and share insights with clients.
  • Support KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or client services (B2B background preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and client management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Availability to work night shifts in alignment with North American time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
