Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive (B2B) to strengthen customer relationships, manage onboarding, and champion long-term account success. As the primary contact for your assigned clients, you will ensure seamless communication, deliver continuous value, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned B2B clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
- Lead, streamline, and improve the client onboarding experience.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and updated client information and communication logs within CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver account performance reports, satisfaction updates, and essential KPIs.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to fulfill client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Contribute to KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or client services (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and client management platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
