Compensation: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month + Commission

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Account Executive (B2B) to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring exceptional account performance. As the main point of contact for assigned accounts, you will oversee onboarding, maintain seamless communication, and drive long-term success through value-based engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Partner with internal account managers to understand client goals and propose customized solutions.
  • Lead and optimize the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex concerns when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interaction logs within CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present account reports, performance metrics, satisfaction updates, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.
  • Contribute to key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or client services (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and client management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Availability to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
