What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow all size global payroll opportunities in partnership with your core AE throughout MENA.
  • Establish and execute a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos.
  • Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner with in country AEs on opportunities they have sourced.
  • Navigate complex mid market organizational structures, map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy in, and close deals with C level executives focused on HR, Finance, and Payroll managers.
  • Lead successful sales activities through contract negotiation and sign contracts with internal and external teams.
  • Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with your dedicated SDR to execute the GTM strategy.
  • Manage all sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an AE selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn or high growth tech startup.
  • Strong demand generation experience and self generating pipeline.
  • Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle with internal resource alignment (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric playbooks).
  • Experience in a fast moving startup environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside the territory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
