This role is all about relationship-building, campaign delivery and learning fast. You ll be part of a close-knit team working on high-profile clients and you ll be trusted to make your mark early on.

Your day-to-day could look like this:

  • Ensure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account manager, director and other members of the team
  • Source crucial information and provide organisational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaigns
  • Create proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using Excel
  • Attend meetings and provide a clear outline of deliverables thereafter, as well as presenting ideas/outcomes to clients where appropriate
  • Understand and contribute towards recommendations to maximise success for your client
  • Identifying opportunities via media monitoring and active networking
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their account
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret data in Excel
  • Deliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources delivered in both written and verbal format
  • Develop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising and therapy areas that are relevant to your client
