BrightStar Care of Plano/N Dallas/W Fort Worth-Granbury/SW Fort Worth-Burleson provides high-quality, compassionate home care services that help clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. We’re expanding our unskilled care division and seeking a motivated Account Executive – Home Care to join our Business Development team.

Position Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for growing our personal attendant services (PAS) by connecting with clients, families, and community partners. Our agency is able to support clients who intend to use Private Funds, LTC Plans, and VA benefits for these services. This role focuses on helping families understand the benefits of unskilled care at home—such as personal care, companionship, and respite services—and assisting them in setting up privately paid care arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, families, and community organizations.
  • Self-manage qualified leads that are received and have a strategic plan to close leads that are received.
  • Educate families on the benefits, our differentiators, and affordability of private pay home care services.
  • Develop partnerships with long-term care communities to generate new client inquiries.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to explain services, pricing, and care options.
  • Create and execute local marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal care team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track activities, leads, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM or other sales tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare sales, or private pay service industries, preferred.
  • Proven ability to educate and guide families through care decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization.
  • Familiarity with the Fort Worth, North Dallas, and/or Plano markets a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and using a CRM system.
