Social Media Account Executive

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Manage day-to-day client communication across social media accounts

  • Coordinate content calendars, approvals, and publishing schedules

  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs

  • Oversee execution of social media campaigns to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and content creators

  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports and insights

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices

  • Manage feedback rounds and implement client revisions accurately

  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling
