Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS

Monitor campaign performance daily and implement A/B testing strategies

Track and analyze KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost

Implement tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager

Optimize landing pages in collaboration with internal teams to improve conversion rates

Conduct competitor benchmarking and performance analysis within relevant markets

Collaborate closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters, and social media) to provide performance insights and guide creative direction based on campaign data and audience behavior

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media, preferably in education or relevant industry

Strong experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)

Proven track record of optimizing campaigns based on data

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics

Fluent in English and Arabic languages
