About the role:
A leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced eCommerce Sales Manager to lead digital sales and grow the online marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s eCommerce strategy across key digital platforms in Saudi Arabia

Manage relationships and performance with major online marketplace accounts

Drive growth in online revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention

Analyze digital sales data and market trends to identify revenue opportunities
-
Align digital sales objectives with broader Sales and Marketing strategies
-
Optimize digital content, product listings, pricing, and promotional execution
-
Enhance the customer journey from awareness to checkout
-
Ensure smooth integration between digital platforms and internal systems
-
Monitor and report on key digital performance indicators and campaign effectiveness

Lead digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Key Ingredients:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
5 to 8 years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or digital marketing
-
Strong experience managing and leading online marketplace platforms in Saudi Arabia
-
Commercially driven with strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Deep understanding of eCommerce principles and digital sales funnels

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively
-
Independent, proactive, and performance-focused personality

Experience within the FMCG sector is highly preferred

Marketing exposure would be considered an advantage
