JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing day to day online business effectively through all channels. Facilitating customers’ Online Journey and developing new strategies that contribute to company benefits.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Ecommerce Platform to increase online sales.

Manage the relationship with the aggregators, drive visibility and increase sales and profit.

Coordinate with HQ for website development, maintenance, and daily challenges to drive online sales.

Promote the Ecommerce and Aggregators business in coordination with Marketing Team
-
Deal with third parties including delivery companies and Payment Gateways with cost efficiency.

Manage the Customer Service Agents to ensure high Customer satisfaction for the Online Business

Build workflows to increase purchase, loyalty and basket size.

Contribute to achieving the department KPIs targets.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze the data and records, and give effective solutions and recommendations.

Share insights on the market trends with the marketing team.

Maintain deep knowledge about company’s products and keep up to date with any relevant changes.

Comply with company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service, or any related field.

Minimum of 4 years of Marketing and Ecommerce experience in a related field.
