E-Commerce Lead (Live Commerce)(A50040)

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Lead will be responsible for launching and managing JACO’s live commerce, turning live content and creators into a scalable revenue channel.

This role will coordinate merchants, creators, and internal teams to ensure successful live commerce operations and validate the platform’s e-commerce model before scaling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Commerce Operations

- Plan and schedule live commerce sessions on the platform

- Coordinate between merchants, creators, and production teams

- Ensure products, offers, and inventory are ready before live streams

- Monitor live sessions and ensure smooth execution

- Optimize live sessions to improve conversion and sales performance

2. Merchant Onboarding & Management

- Recruit and onboard local merchants and brands

- Verify merchant documentation (CR, VAT, brand authorization)

- Approve product listings and ensure pricing competitiveness

- Monitor merchant performance and SLA compliance

- Maintain strong merchant relationships and coordinate campaigns

3. Creator Commerce Activation

- Work with the partnerships team to recruit creators for live selling

- Match creators with merchants and products

- Prepare creators for live selling sessions and product promotion

- Monitor creator performance and sales results

- Support creator commission and incentive programs

4. Performance Monitoring

Track and optimize key commerce metrics including:

- GMV per live session

- Conversion rate

- Average order value (AOV)

- Creator performance

- Product performance

Prepare weekly performance reports and optimization recommendations.

5. Coordination with Product Team

- Support testing of e-commerce features and system workflows

- Provide feedback on product tools and user experience

- Participate in end-to-end live commerce process testing



Requirements

- 4–7 years experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or live commerce

- Experience working with merchants, creators, or affiliate sales models

- Strong operational coordination and partner management skills

- Ability to analyze data and improve conversion performance

- Experience in social commerce or influencer-driven sales is preferred
