Digital Marketing & E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & E-commerce Operations Executive to support the daily execution of marketing activities and e-commerce operations.

This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who can manage campaigns, coordinate tasks across teams, track performance, and keep operations moving efficiently. This position is not for high-level strategists or candidates with only theoretical knowledge. We are looking for someone who can execute, follow through, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels
  • Support SEO implementation, website content updates, and on-page improvements through WordPress or similar platforms
  • Build and manage basic landing pages, lead funnels, and campaign support pages
  • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear, simple reports covering traffic, leads, conversions, and basic performance indicators
  • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order flow, product coordination, inventory alignment, and customer journey follow-up
  • Assist in improving website conversion rates and customer acquisition processes
  • Use basic AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing efficiency, customer communication, and workflow execution
  • Help maintain smooth coordination between marketing execution and operational delivery

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing support, e-commerce operations, or execution-focused marketing roles
  • Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign execution and monitoring
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools and website optimization basics
  • Deploy chatbots and AI tools to support lead generation and customer engagement
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website/content management platforms
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence in handling reports, tracking sheets, and operational data
  • Good understanding of customer journey, lead flow, and basic sales funnel structure
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple tasks and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute tasks accurately and on time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in inventory coordination, logistics support, or operational workflows
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems and online order processes
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation tools, or CRM-related workflows is a plus

Important Note:
This role is focused on execution. Candidates must have real practical experience in handling day-to-day marketing and operational tasks. Applications from candidates with only certifications or theoretical knowledge, without hands-on experience, will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
