We are looking for a highly motivated Account Management Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-lasting relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure goals and KPIs are achieved.
  • Lead contract renewal discussions and negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and business reviews to clients.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align on objectives and future growth plans.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and document all client interactions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record in contract renewals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and account management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
