About The Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic
Account Management Team Lead
to oversee ZIWOâs customer portfolio in Egypt and other regions. In this role, you will manage a team of Junior Account Managers, drive revenue growth through retention and upselling, oversee complex client escalations, and ensure exceptional account performance. You will also support the Head of Account Management in executing regional and global strategies to enhance client engagement and deliver outstanding service.
What Youâll Be Doing

Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of accounts across Egypt and additional assigned regions

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Junior Account Managers handling small global accounts

Develop and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to increase revenue

Conduct coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and provide ongoing performance feedback

Monitor account health, usage patterns, and collaborate with the Revenue Growth Analyst for insights
-
Act as the escalation point for high-risk or complex client issues

Ensure team KPIs are achieved across retention, engagement, adoption, and revenue targets

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on client growth and satisfaction
What You Bring
-
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field

4â6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing roles
-
Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Proven track record in revenue growth, retention, and cross/upselling

Experience managing enterprise-level accounts is highly preferred
-
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
-
Strong analytical skills to interpret account health, data trends, and revenue insights
-
Understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or contact center solutions
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong follow-up discipline, customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage pressure, handle escalations, and drive team performance

English is mandatory; French is a significant advantage
