Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: 2- 3 years in Account Management

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:


- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide strategic support and solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support, marketing) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

- Monitor account health, manage renewals, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.

- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Track account metrics (e.g., retention, satisfaction, upsells) and report performance to leadership.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales – preferably in the F&B or technology/POS sector.

- Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and POS systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Experience working with restaurant tech solutions or POS systems.

- Bilingual in Arabic and English

- Experience in SaaS or software sales is a plus.
