Account Manager

ASEE Turkey is looking for an Sales Account Manager!



About the role:


  • Prepare business development plans
  • Customer visits and understanding customer demands and requirements clearly
  • Sharing customer expectations and requirements to development, delivery and sales teams
  • Ensure collaboration with all stakeholder to provide the best solutions to customer
  • Build strong relationship with customers to enable open communication
  • Being first point of contact for any kind of customer requirements
  • Provide support for delivery team in order to fulfill end-to-end delivery processes and increase customer satisfaction
  • Follow customer agreements and invoices and CRM update
  • Perform customer satisfaction surveys and place improvement plans

Analyze requirement s. Deeply understanding business dynamics and customer needs and transform them into solutions and projects

Ensure the quality of the soluti on. Ensure the customer needs and requirements are well understood and interpreted all stakeholders

Improvement Plan s. Suggesting and implementing improvement plans based on customer feedbacks



We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on software sales
  • Business development
  • Presentation skill, analytical thinking and customer management are essential
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to be concise and incisive with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem solving & organizational skills
  • English both spoken and written
