The roleAs an Account Manager at Qlub, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their success on the platform, and driving adoption of Qlub s products and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to maximize value for both our customers and Qlub.What You ll Be DoingClient Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with Qlub s clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Growth & Retention: Support strategies that drive adoption, upselling, and retention to ensure ongoing revenue growth.Feature Adoption: Help clients successfully adopt new features and products, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with client stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and opportunities for growth.Process & Efficiency: Follow account management best practices, use CRM tools effectively, and contribute ideas for improving customer experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and quick issue resolution.Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to provide valuable client recommendations.What We're Looking For2 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or technology.Proven ability to manage client accounts and deliver strong results in retention and growth.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and providing consultative support.Data-driven mindset with familiarity in CRM systems and reporting.Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.Entrepreneurial spirit you want to contribute, take ownership, and have a real impact.What We OfferBe part of an exciting, fast-paced environment, where you can grow the business from an early-stage start-up into a global organization;Drive growth and tailoring of fast-evolving new products and features;Work with highly motivated people, enthusiastic about improving the customer experience at table-service restaurants.
