Your key responsibilities:

Account Development & Growth

Develop and execute tailored account plans for dairy manufacturers in Turkiye and Iran.

Build long-term relationships with clients across the value chain particularly in fresh dairy, cheese, UHT, and plant-based categories.

Translate customer needs into actionable projects and commercial growth opportunities.

Segment-Specific Solution Selling

Promote the dsm-firmenich dairy portfolio, including enzymes, cultures, hydrocolloids, vitamins, and functional blends.

Collaborate with internal application and innovation teams to develop compelling value-added solutions.

Support technical discussions and project execution with a clear commercial focus.

Commercial Operations

Lead the full commercial cycle including pricing, quotation, negotiation, and contract management.

Track performance KPIs (sales growth, profitability, pipeline health) and ensure monthly forecasting and demand planning accuracy.

Provide consistent distributor support, including capability development, training, and joint customer visits.

Market and Competitive Intelligence

Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and local challenges in the dairy sector.

Identify emerging opportunities and provide feedback to marketing and global category teams to shape local strategy.
