Position Summary:
The Account Manager plays a key role in expanding and managing the company’s network of service partners. This position involves identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all categories on the Right Hands platform.

Right Hands is an innovative online platform that connects clients with trusted professionals for a variety of home and lifestyle services, including cleaning, pest control, handyman, electrical, plumbing, salon, and spa services. Through the Right Hands mobile application, clients can easily book services, and our system assigns qualified professionals or partner companies to deliver quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential partner companies (cleaning, pest control, handyman, electrical, plumbing, salon, and spa).
  • Build, negotiate, and finalize partnership and service agreements.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner companies and service providers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication between partners, clients, and internal departments.
  • Monitor partner performance, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop strategies to expand service categories and geographic coverage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote partner services on the Right Hands app.
  • Collect and analyze partner performance data to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular partnership reports for management review.
  • Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and networking events to promote collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in account management, partnership development, or business development (preferably in services, facility management, or digital platforms).
  • Strong understanding of UAE service industries and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license s an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
