The role
As an Account Manager at Qlub, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their success on the platform, and driving adoption of Qlub s products and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to maximize value for both our customers and Qlub.
What you ll be doing
Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with Qlub s clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Growth & Retention: Support strategies that drive adoption, upselling, and retention to ensure ongoing revenue growth.
Feature Adoption: Help clients successfully adopt new features and products, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with client stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and opportunities for growth.
Process & Efficiency: Follow account management best practices, use CRM tools effectively, and contribute ideas for improving customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and quick issue resolution.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to provide valuable client recommendations.
