Take over a key role as an Account Manager (Home Cleaning) in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of partners on our portal and maintain partnership, operate as a single point of contact for all service providers
- Search effectively for prospective clients and convert sales leads into potential clients
- Analyse daily partner and vertical performance and make sure that the quality is maintained
- Regularly meet with the service providers/partner to review satisfaction, address feedback, and ensure the platform meets or exceeds expectations
- Achieve short and long-term sales goals, ensuring the right processes are in place
- Inform and educate partners for new process implementation and follow up on such to ensure proper execution
- Identify opportunities to grow existing clients and to take necessary measures to close the deals
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management and service providers/partners
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics (such as service usage, renewals, and churn rates), and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate with cross functional departments to assist partners with their day-to-day queries
- Be responsible for a vertical performance including owning demand and revenue number
- Be the quality custodian of a vertical ensuring superlative customer experience
- Take ownership of Justlife s growth, find creative new solutions and follow through with them to delight users and boost partners performance
