We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join the Client Growth team within our Performance vertical . Reporting to an Account Director, the role is at the heart of our affiliate marketing engine, managing the day-to-day performance of both client campaigns and partner relationships (affiliates, influencers, and publishers). The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, execution-focused, and detail-oriented , with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics, account health, and relationship management.

You will be responsible for executing and scaling performance marketing campaigns, owning a portfolio of clients and partners, and ensuring revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partner engagement.

  • ntOwn day-to-day partner communications: onboarding, campaign briefings, and performance optimization
  • s.Ensure affiliates are aligned with brand objectives and have the tools and incentives to scal
  • e.Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and engagement across active partner
  • s.Propose performance tactics, creatives, and commission structures to optimize outpu

t.Client Account Manageme

  • ntServe as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, supporting campaign performance and operational need
  • s.Support strategic planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly updates with performance insight
  • s.Align with clients on marketing calendars, activation plans, and incentive strategie

s.Campaign Execution & Grow

  • thLaunch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns in coordination with BI, product, and partner team
  • s.Track and hit monthly revenue targets across your portfoli
  • o.Identify opportunities for upselling within accounts: new placements, vertical expansion, or partner diversificatio

n.Reporting & Analys

  • isShare weekly/monthly reporting with clients and internal stakeholder
  • s.Use data to derive insights, diagnose campaign issues, and drive performance decision
  • s.Collaborate with the BI team to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency and validation report

e.Qualification

  • s:2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or account managemen
  • t.Experience managing both partner and client relationship
  • s.Strong data fluency and understanding of traffic, conversions, commissions, and payout model
  • s.Excellent communication, follow-through, and prioritization skill
  • s.Comfortable working under pressure with short deadlines and high ownershi
