Account Manager

Industry: Construction

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts/Finance Manager to lead our finance department. Candidates must have solid experience in the construction industry and be capable of managing all financial functions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage full set of accounts, cash flow, and monthly closing.
• Forecast project-wise Profit & Loss and analyze financial performance.
• Handle VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Support strategic planning with accurate financial insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA is a plus.
• 7+ years of UAE experience in construction company accounting.
• Expertise in VAT regulations and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
