Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead the expansion of our agent and intermediary network across the Middle East. This strategic role focuses on relationship development/management, market penetration, and brand visibility through training, event participation, and close collaboration with partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Agent Support and Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new agents and intermediaries in target markets.
  • Support partners with tailored marketing tools, strategic advice, and performance development.
  • Serve as a central liaison, fostering trust-based, growth-focused relationships.


Training and Development

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on business development and marketing strategies.
  • Host workshops focused on branding, communication, and client engagement.
  • Coach agents on improving sales and relationship management practices.


Event Representation

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to elevate program visibility and trust.


Strategic Planning and Market Growth

  • Work with internal teams to align regional activities with global strategies.
  • Create and implement localized marketing plans tailored to regional dynamics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations to inform strategy.


Relationship Building and Travel

  • Engage in frequent travel across the Middle East to meet agents and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships to support ongoing growth and collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, account management, partner management, or a similar role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience growing networks and driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Middle East markets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East.
  • Professional demeanor and presence suitable for high-profile events and engagements.
