Account Manager – MoonTech (Hybrid, Dubai)

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Dubai team. You’ll manage key client relationships, lead campaigns, and play an important role in MoonTech’s commercial growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and nurture client relationships across the region.
• Lead end-to-end performance campaigns across influencer, affiliate, and digital channels.
• Build monthly and quarterly plans to support client goals and drive retention and renewals.
• Identify growth opportunities and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Monitor performance dashboards and share data-driven insights with clients.
• Work closely with product, growth, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and present reports, performance reviews, and recommendations.
• Support new business pitches and assist in onboarding strategic accounts.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in performance marketing (Influencer, Affiliate, or Digital).
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A growth mindset and passion for client success.
