Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team for a company based in Sharjah and help manage key client relationships, grow sales, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the construction, industrial, and retail sectors

· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the UAE market

· Understand client needs and recommend suitable paint products and solutions

· Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals

· Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth operations

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

· Coordinate with the production, logistics, and technical teams to meet client requirements

· Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product developments

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive, preferably in the paint, building materials, or construction industry

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills

· Knowledge of paint products, coatings, or related materials (preferred)

· Valid UAE driving license

· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

· Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
