MAZ NEXA is looking for a capable and confident Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role is for professionals who understand that account management is about ownership, structure, and trust, not just coordination or follow ups.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager at MAZ NEXA, you will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts from a communication, coordination, and delivery perspective. You will ensure client expectations are clear, internal teams are aligned, and work is executed accurately, professionally, and on time.

You are expected to understand marketing conversations at a strategic level, manage pressure professionally, and represent MAZ NEXA with confidence at all times.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

• Build and maintain long term professional client relationships

• Ensure clear understanding of client objectives, scope of work, and priorities

• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and action items

• Coordinate closely with performance, creative, content, and operations teams

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and execution quality across all accounts

• Lead client meetings, follow ups, and status updates in a structured manner

• Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting summaries

• Manage client feedback professionally and ensure proper alignment with scope

• Identify risks, gaps, or misalignment early and escalate when needed


What You Should Understand

• Digital marketing fundamentals and performance metrics at a high level

• How marketing funnels and customer journeys work

• The difference between strategy, execution, and reporting

• The importance of process, documentation, and follow through

• How scope control and expectation management impact results


Requirements

• Saudi national only

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role

• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is strongly preferred

• Very good English is mandatory, fluent English is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• High attention to detail with strong organization and follow up abilities

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities under pressure

• Professional, structured, and solution oriented mindset
