Account Manager

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Account Manager who will handle post-sales client coordination and web development projects.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who:

• Communicate confidently
• Enjoy organizing work and interacting with people
• Want to grow into Project Management / Client Handling roles
• Are not afraid of responsibility
• Don’t need to code, but must understand how websites work

Who Can Apply

• Freshers / Graduates with strong communication skills
• Candidates with basic knowledge of websites, WordPress, or those training to grow into Project Manager / Account Manager roles
• Candidates from Marketing, IT, BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, or similar backgrounds
• Training and guidance will be provided — attitude and learning ability matter more than experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Post-Sales Client Handling

• Join client calls after deal closure
• Understand client requirements clearly
• Act as the main point of contact for ongoing projects
• Share regular updates and handle client queries professionally

2. Web Development Project Coordination

• Understand website structure, features, and user flow
• Convert client ideas into clear tasks for developers
• Coordinate with WordPress / Shopify developers
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with quality

3. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Ask the right questions during client discussions
• Convert vague ideas into clear action points
• Maintain clean documentation, task lists, and notes
• Avoid gaps between client expectations and execution

4. Timeline & Quality Management

• Break projects into steps and milestones
• Track daily progress and follow up proactively
• Escalate issues early if delays are expected
• Perform basic quality checks before client delivery

• Clear spoken and written communication
• Confidence while interacting with clients

• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Ownership mindset (takes responsibility, doesn’t blame others)

Technical Understanding (Basic Level is Enough)

• WordPress / website fundamentals
• Difference between design changes vs development changes
• Basic understanding of timelines and task dependencies

Our office is situated at Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
