Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Account Manager with experience in branding and digital strategy within a creative or marketing agency. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of brand-led and digital campaigns. You will manage projects end-to-end, develop strategic recommendations, and ensure that client objectives are met on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their brand, business goals, and digital marketing objectives.
  • Support in planning and execution of brand strategy and digital strategy projects, including campaigns, content, social media, websites, and other digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, content, and production teams to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business development and pitch efforts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting, including briefs, SOWs, performance reports, and analytics.
  • Uphold high standards of client service, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Establish and maintain agency best practices for account management, workflow, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a branding, digital, or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing strategy, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
