Account Manager

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Role Summary
We are hiring an Account Manager to manage performance and influencer marketing accounts while acting as a key internal stakeholder to the Product team.
This role requires someone who can independently own revenue-driving accounts, deeply understand campaign models and internal processes, and translate client requirements into structured product inputs and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial account management experience with exposure to SaaS or product environments, is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable operating cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
Core Responsibilities
1. Account Management
    Own and manage performance & influencer marketing accounts
    Drive ROAS-based influencer campaign performance
    Lead performance reviews, optimizations, and growth planning
    Ensure retention and account expansion
    Identify and drive upsell opportunities across existing accounts
    Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic partner rather than an execution point of contact
    Knowledge in GTM strategy (Go To Market) is a plus
2. Product & Internal Stakeholder Collaboration (Internal-Facing)
    Work closely with Product Management as a stakeholder
    Learn and deeply understand:
      Internal processes
      Campaign requirements
      Commercial models offered
    Translate customer requirements into:
      Clear product requirements
      Structured feedback
      Process improvement inputs
    Provide organized, actionable insights

3. Process & Cross-Functional Coordination
    Coordinate with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, Influencer, Product, etc.)
    Identify gaps in account management workflows
    Proactively improve internal processes
    Align across departments to reduce friction and inefficiencies

    Escalates with structure and solutions
    Requires limited supervision
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
    5–7 years total experience
    3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
    Experience managing performance-based accounts (e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or similar)
    Exposure to SaaS or product environments
    Prior experience working cross-functionally with Product teams
    Strong data literacy and comfort with dashboards

    Agency + product exposure
    Comfortable in structured, KPI-driven environments
