Account Manager

Job Purpose:
  • The Account Manager at Growing Green Inc is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to meet the clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including forecasts and performance metrics, to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the environmental or sustainability sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic account plans.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
