Job Title: Business Development Officer – Cleanroom Solutions

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Summary:

PakGusu Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our cleanroom solutions business. The role focuses on identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and serving as the link between the market and our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Hospitals & Labs, Food & Beverage, and Electronics.
• Build and maintain a list of key decision-makers (Procurement Managers, Project Managers, CEOs).
• Generate leads, understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth project handover to the installation team.
• Distribute marketing materials and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate solutions and respond promptly to client queries.
• Collect client feedback and market insights to support management decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a field relevant
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and client-focused.
