As an Account Manager at CNS, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading full-cycle recruiting efforts to ensure successful placements across administrative, technical, scientific, professional, and cleared roles. You’ll play a key role in client satisfaction, retention, and account growth — balancing service excellence with smart sales strategy.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial and government accounts

Develop strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

Understand client workforce needs and proactively recommend staffing solutions

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients

Identify opportunities to expand services and grow account revenue

Contribute to building and growing a book of commercial business

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Support new business development efforts through networking and relationship-building

Collaborate with leadership on strategic account growth initiatives

Track account performance metrics, revenue goals, and placement activity

Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for client requisitions

Develop customized sourcing strategies for diverse roles

Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, resume databases, and networking

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate client interviews

Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and government contracting requirements

Represent CNS professionally to clients and candidates

Contribute to process improvements and market research initiatives

Support team collaboration and performance-driven culture

2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or workforce solutions

Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth

Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferred

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards

Sales-oriented mindset with a consultative approach

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of compliance, EEO, and staffing best practices preferred

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
