Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced accounts manager to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bookkeeping practices, financial reporting, and team supervision, along with hands-on experience in modern accounting tools and automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee income tracking, ensuring accurate recording
· Supervise expense tracking
· Ensure proper classification of tax deductions (US)
· Perform and review monthly reconciliation of payouts with booking reports
· Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
· Maintain an audit-ready general ledger with proper debits/credits
· Monitor gross revenue vs net payouts (not just bank deposits), and resolve financial queries
· Ensure deadlines, compliance, and reporting accuracy
Requirements
· ACCA / CA / Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
· 5+ years of experience (preferably with US clients' accounting)
· Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping & reconciliations
· Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Baselane (preferred), Hubdoc (receipt capture), AI tools like ReinvestWealth / Leadhost.ai
· Leadership and team management skills
· Good English communication
Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM (Mon-Fri)
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
