What You’ll Do With Us:
The Account Manager is the strategic bridge between Digital Ignite’s clients and
our internal execution teams. While the Media Strategist executes the technical
buy, the Account Manager owns the Client Relationship, Strategy Translation, and
Retention. This role is responsible for understanding the client's business goals
and translating them into clear, actionable briefs for the Media and Creative teams.
Reporting to the Director of Account Services, the Account Manager champions
Collaboration and Enthusiasm to ensure campaigns aren't just \"running,\" but are
actively solving business problems and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Measured On:
- Strategic Stewardship & Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of
contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio. Translate complex
business objectives into clear, actionable media and creative briefs while
leading proactive communication to keep clients informed and confident.
- Campaign Oversight & Project Management: Lead client onboarding,
manage timelines to ensure launch dates are hit, and enforce scope fidelity.
You will coordinate with clients to acquire necessary assets and protect the
internal team from scope creep while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Data Storytelling & Performance Narrative: Move beyond raw data to tell
the business story. Present reports to clients that interpret metrics (CTR,
ROAS) into tangible business insights (Revenue, Market Share) and own
the \"wins and misses\" with transparency and a plan of action.
- Account Growth & Innovation: Identify gaps in current client strategies to
propose new channels or tactics for upsells. Foster collaboration between
Media, Creative, and the Client to ensure the \"left hand knows what the right
hand is doing\" to drive renewal and retention.
What You’ve Done Before:
- You’ve spent 3-5 years at another agency or in a client-facing digital
marketing role (Account Management or Client Services).
- You possess a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
(Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic) and know how to read performance data
to tell a strategic story.
- You have exceptional communication skills—you can explain complex data
to non-technical stakeholders and write clear, concise project briefs.
- You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools;
exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
- You have a proven track record of maintaining high client retention rates and
growing accounts through strategic relationship building.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client
timelines simultaneously without missing a beat.
