Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, retain revenue, and act as the primary commercial contact to ensure customer success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned B2B accounts; build strong client relationships and understand business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve retention, upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle for renewals and expansions: proposals, pricing, negotiation and contract close.
  • Coordinate onboarding and delivery with operations, technical and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor account health metrics (ARR, churn, NPS, usage) and produce regular reports and action plans.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Serve as client escalation point; resolve service issues and drive timely remediation.
  • Provide market and competitor insights and relay customer feedback to product/marketing.
  • Support RFP responses, tender processes and executive-level client presentations.
  • Maintain contract documentation and compliance with commercial terms.

We Required the Following

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years B2B account management, enterprise sales or customer success experience; GCC/Doha preferred.
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; data-driven orientation.

Our Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, ICT, professional services or related verticals.
  • Arabic language skills and an established local network.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, New grad

Pay: QAR18.00 - QAR45.00 per hour
