George Thomas Executive Search is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to support sales and drive growth for an innovative bioplastics company launching a new manufacturing facility in the US by 2028.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish a robust network with brand owners and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure business opportunities, selling contracts for future facility operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to coordinate seamless operational processes.


Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of commercial experience in the plastics industry.
  • Expertise in Bioplastics such as BioMeg and BioMPG.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemicals, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability practices and carbon footprint reduction.

Compensation Package:


  • Competitive salary up to $120,000
  • $40,000 performance-based bonus

Work Environment:


  • Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the Houston, TX office
