Account Manager - Cairo, Egypt

What We Will Accomplish Together


Join Astek Middle East and play a key role in the operational, administrative, and people management of our Egypt office. As an Account Manager, you will be at the center of coordination between employees, clients, and management, ensuring both an excellent employee experience and high-quality service delivery.


Your mission :

1 Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires (documentation, tools, office access, orientation).
  • Welcome new employees on their first day and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit formalities, asset recovery, and coordination with HR and management.


2. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Ensure daily coordination with end clients for operational matters related to assigned employees.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, management, and clients to ensure alignment and service quality.
  • Address operational issues and escalate when necessary.


3. Office Management & Supervision

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cairo office in line with company standards.
  • Supervise employees’ attendance, behavior, and professionalism on-site.
  • Foster a positive, healthy, and motivating work environment.
  • Coordinate office layout and setup with management.
  • Ensure office supplies, facilities, and working conditions are appropriate and well maintained.


4. Attendance & Employee Records

  • Track and monitor employee attendance, absences, and punctuality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, contracts, and status changes).
  • Prepare regular reports on attendance and workforce status.


5. IT & Asset Management

  • Manage the inventory of laptops and IT equipment.
  • Ensure proper allocation, tracking, and recovery of company assets.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues when required.


6. Recruitment Support

  • Support the recruitment process by assessing candidate motivation and cultural fit.
  • Assist with background verification checks in coordination with HR.
  • Provide structured feedback to HR and management on candidate suitability.


7. Workplace Culture & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Promote company values and strengthen team engagement.
  • Act proactively to prevent and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.

  • You already have a first experience in a similar position (including internships)

  • You are fluent in English
