The Role

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager & Client Strategist who will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. This role blends relationship-building and strategic guidance.

You will:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in our work.
  • Listen deeply, asking questions that uncover the “why” behind client needs and concerns.
  • Translate complex marketing strategies into clear, relatable conversations.
  • Proactively recommend new ideas, strategies, and solutions that align with client goals.
  • Partner with clients to plan their growth and ensure they see both immediate value and long-term impact.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. It’s a people-first position for someone who genuinely loves working with clients, building trust, and helping them thrive.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team, ensuring clarity, trust, and care.
  • Lead client meetings, providing updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Anticipate client needs, asking thoughtful questions and uncovering deeper challenges.
  • Translate technical marketing activities into clear, client-centered conversations.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Build annual plans with each client, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to new business development by supporting the sales process when needed.
  • Maintain high retention rates and positive client satisfaction.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers, strategists, and specialists to ensure deliverables meet client needs.
  • Advocate for the client internally while balancing team efficiency and studio goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients that inform new strategies and service development.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles (paid ads, SEO, design, analytics) — enough to have informed conversations with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience building trusted client relationships and delivering results.
  • Experience upselling, cross-selling, or contributing to business growth is a plus.
  • Agency or multi-client experience preferred.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
