As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Account Manager to strengthen our Finance & Accounts Department.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BBA in Accounting, Accounts Management, Finance

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Management within a Private Limited Company (Mandatory).
• Experience with Manufacturing Facility will be prioritiesed More Than others

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations.
• Maintain General Ledger, Cash Book, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Record Journal Entries and prepare Trial Balance.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and Management Reports.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Manage taxation records, including withholding tax and sales tax documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
