Account Manager (French & English Speaker)

About the Role

We are hiring an Account Manager to join our new office in Egypt. This is a strategic and high-impact role, responsible for supporting office operations, employee engagement, and account coordination across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outsourcing/offshore manpower/HR tech/IT services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and support the successful setup and growth of the Egypt office.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and employees to ensure smooth coordination and well-being support.
• Support employee engagement, satisfaction, and operational follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery and operational alignment.
• Handle reporting, tracking, and follow-ups related to accounts and office performance.
• Ensure a professional, organized, and employee-focused environment.
• Support scaling activities as hiring volume and operations expand.

Required Qualifications

• French fluency is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Excellent English is required.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience (Account Management / Operations / HR Coordination).
• Prior experience in Outsourcing, Offshore Manpower, HR Tech, IT services, or staffing is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of office-related responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (preferred).
• International exposure (internship, training, exchange program, or work experience abroad) is a strong plus.
