Account Manager (Greece)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Manage and develop relationships with existing business clients within the assigned territory

● Support customers with renewals, products, and service-related solutions while identifying upselling opportunities where applicable

● Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

● Guide customers through onboarding processes and encourage strategic product adoption

● Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify retention or growth opportunities

● Address customer concerns and help resolve issues impacting product usage or satisfaction

● Maintain regular outbound communication with clients via phone and email

● Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain updated account information

● Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

● Maintain strong product and service knowledge to effectively support customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Native or proficient Portuguese speaker with good command in English (B2 level and higher)

● Previous experience in account management, sales, customer success, or client relationship management

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills

● Commercial mindset with customer-oriented approach

● Ability to work towards individual and team targets

● Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

● Confidence in handling outbound client communication.

Pay: From BD400.000 per month

Work Location: In person
