Account Manager – HORECA

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account
  • Negotiate and adapt contracts agreements with key customers
  • Manage the execution of new products introductions
  • Monitor and report competitor activities to Unit Manager
  • Ensure customers pay on the required payment dates (as per terms of payment agreement)
  • Ensure complete sales orders are delivered to the accounts on the required delivery dates with the required quantities
  • Responsible for increasing range of products used by each account (vertical growth)
  • Suggest ideas and programs to develop current business with key customers
  • Responsible for weekly sales forecast for dry & chilled products for customers under his/her territory
  • Build & maintain a high relationship with all key contacts
  • Follow territory monthly “Route Plan”
  • Follow up on collections with Customers to inform Collectors


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High negotiation skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • University degree
  • Fluent English Language
  • Sales experience with an FMCG company is a plus
  • From 0-3 years of experience
