Compensation

  • $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
  • Tiered commission plan with unlimited earning potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Market and sell appropriate State Farm products and services
  • Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve marketing and production goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
Qualifications

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Proven ability to meet goals and build rapport with customers
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
