As a Hybrid Account Manager, most of your time will be yours to work from your preferred location to develop relationships, present solutions, and bring top-notch satisfaction to our current customers and expand our business. You will manage your own time to reach your sales goals with an ownership mind-set, first-class training, and professional coaching (not micromanaging). QUALIFICATIONS: The day in the life of an Account Manager
  • Communicate with the Agent and team to maximize your opportunities
  • Experience world-class training from the industry leading insurance company and experienced leaders
  • Customer facing appointments to meet their needs and drive your compensation
  • Strengthen the base of our current book of business
  • Lengthen the outreach through company provided leads, your generated referrals, and networking
  • Personal and professional development to reach your short term and long-term goals
  • Assist with marketing events to maximize opportunities in our community
  • Serve your community to demonstrate our values of integrity, excellence, and compassion even more
  • At least two years' experience in successful sales
  • Insurance licenses preferred: Property & Casualty and Life & Health
  • Ambition and motivation to grow to become a fully licensed registered representative
  • Ability to travel to David City 3 times a week during training and at least twice per month after
