Account Manager - Strategic Communications

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and highly organized Account Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of a high-profile strategic communications programme. This role sits within a global communications consultancy and will be embedded within a major client organization.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams, supporting delivery across crisis & issues, media relations, and strategic advisory .


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery and coordination of programme activities
  • Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables across workstreams
  • Act as a key point of contact for client coordination and communication
  • Support senior team members and workstream leads in execution and planning
  • Maintain clear documentation, status tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure alignment across teams, escalating risks or delays where needed


Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years’ experience in communications, PR, or consulting environments
  • Strong experience in account management or project coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging client stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Experience supporting integrated communications programmes is a plus
  • Middle East experience is advantageous
