About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Brand Account Manager Lead
to join one of the fastest-growing
fashion retail
companies in Egypt. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales account managers, manage key retail accounts, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales account management team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Manage and grow relationships with key fashion retail accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and maximize revenue opportunities.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Oversee account planning, forecasting, and reporting for senior management.

Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.

Ensure high standards of customer experience and after-sales support.

Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement training & development programs.

Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum
3 years of experience
in sales/account management, preferably in
fashion retail
.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
