About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Account Manager Lead to join one of the fastest-growing fashion retail companies in Egypt. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales account managers, manage key retail accounts, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while driving sales growth and achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales account management team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key fashion retail accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee account planning, forecasting, and reporting for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and after-sales support.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement training & development programs.
  • Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and provide effective solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in fashion retail .
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Passion for fashion retail and customer engagement.
