Job Title: Account Manager – Vendor & Partner Experience

Role Overview:We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our vendors and partners, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to identify patterns in feedback to drive meaningful improvements with the internal business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for vendor and partner queries, concerns, and escalations on a daily basis
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with relevant internal teams
• Maintain clear and professional communication with partners to build strong, long-term relationships
• Track, categorize, and summarize recurring concerns and feedback from vendors
• Create regular reports highlighting common issues, trends, and gaps
• Collaborate with business teams to drive action on recurring problem areas
• Follow up consistently to ensure closure and partner satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience and operational processes

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or partner/vendor management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights from data/feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Working Days:

• 6 days a week
• Weekend availability is required (Saturday and Sunday will be working days)
