Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

Immediate opening for an Account Manager / Customer Service Rep with Logistics background. To assist with the day-to-day functions of a trucking operation through fulfilling customer’s needs. This is a full-time position requiring a slightly flexible schedule depending on workflow and volume.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with our team and clients regarding on-time delivery and issues
• Assist in the processing of inbound loads and coordinating the daily outbound process
• Manage reporting to clients
• Coordinate and manage equipment repairs
• Oversee sorting crew

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in trucking/transportation
• Above average computer skills
• The ability to work in a faced paced environment
• Experience with handheld scanners is highly preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to move box trucks and trailers in the terminal yard helpful, not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
