Job Title: Account Officer

Location: [Lahore]
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 65,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Officer with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense reports
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations
  • Maintain ledgers and financial documentation
  • Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
  • Support payroll processing and staff reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Coordinate with auditors and external vendors when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar)
  • Good command of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance
  • Experience in audit support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
